first of all, your situation sucks. Secondly, ever heard of a website called “google” ? Yeah.. use it, why dont ya..

Dairy = things that come from your mom.. i mean cow.

NO breads, pasta, cakes, pies, cookies, some cereals, flour tortillias,

NO yogurt, cheese, milk, dairy creamers, cottage cheese, sour cream, ice cream, sherbet, frozen yougurt, sweetened condinsed milk, evaporated milk, soy milk, egg nog, pre made puddings, cream pies, cream soups, cream gravy, cream sauces. I did forget margarine.

wheat and dairy free is hard to do recipes. subsitute potatoes or rice for pasta. Just cooking vegetables, meats, and rice or potatoes like you normally do is the best thing I can tell you.

i would suggest going to a natural food store or a health food store to get a good look at some things that are wheat and dairy free. Sorry you have to go on the diet. I would probably die if I didn’t have dairy

Wheat is in breads, cakes, cookies, most pasta, anything baked, etc.

Dairy is milk or anything made from milk – yogurt, cheese, butter, even most margarines.

You can find rice pasta in the US and Canada – Tinkyada is a common brand – often at your supermarket or, if not, at organic food stores. Bread is very difficult to replace.

There are milk substitutes – soy milk and rice milk are the most popular – but you have to be wary, since almost all margarines contain milk. For baking you can use vegetable shortening, for spreading a good quality olive oil.
